Benefit Statements

• Benefit statements are issued once a year as hard copies and members may request benefit quotes at any time.
• Any error on the statement must be rectified immediately with the administrator, e.g. gender, I.D. no., joining date. (Tel: 086 111 2014).
• Any change of personal details like cell-phone, landline telephone numbers names, surnames and marital status should also be communicated to the administrator: Tel: 086 111 2014.
