Dependents

• Dependent means anyone legally or factually dependent on a member irrespective
  of age.
• Registering dependents on a nomination form provide the board with guidance on allocation of benefits speedily.
• Disclosure to the fund is confidential
• All members are urged to register their dependents.
• In cases of death a nomination form is required, by the insurer in order to produce a paid up certificate
